    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a replacement product. Please note that the replacement will be the same model as originally ordered.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a product. However, if the damage or defect is confirmed to be due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.
